I went to a south coast beauty event with Dior and Sheila was really nice. She helped me very friendly. They should have more workers like her. Makes me feel welcome all the time she should be recognized for her friend list and for being such a good courteous person overall Sheila from Dior.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY: $225+ FOR AN INCOMPLETE TREATMENT I have been a loyal Nordstrom Spa client for over five years, but after this recent experience—and the appalling lack of customer service that followed—I will never return. I am beyond disappointed. I paid $225 plus tip for a HydraFacial that was barely a treatment. The technician completely ignored standard protocols. I initially requested for a female massage therapist, but I was told that they only had one available. In order for my friend and I to have a massage at the same time, one of us had to book with a masseur. He was friendly and professional, but he had calluses on his palms, making the massage experience somewhat unpleasant. The next day, my body felt sore. I don’t think he used optimal massage pressure.

I absolutely love visiting this spot when I am in town. Brittany gives an absolutely incredible Hydro peptide facial that I rely on now and I have adopted their skin care products into my personal routine and I Have had two excellent Deep tissue massages from both Therapist on the staff. Visit the Nordstrom restaurant on level three and sit on the terrace for the complete experience.
