The Clinique counter here is WONDERFUL! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had a poor experience here!
Probably my favorite late - the honey almond late in the Nordstrom Café. Once in the store, the otherwise expected Nordstrom customer service and merchandizing do not disappoint.

Nothing beats Nordies for shoes, make-up and an outfit for a special occation. This location is modern, clean and I've always found the sales people friendly and helpful!
Great for finding great deals on designer and otherwise expensive clothes, shoes, bags, and accessories! They also sell other products such as home decorations, beauty supplies, and other knick knacks. This is perfect for those with expensive taste and a tight budget. You get a lot for you buck!

This terrible experience happened at the Boca Town Center mall Nordstrom location. This store gave me the worst customer service experience of my life! I went in to buy makeup and waited for 20 minutes at MAC while the woman who said she was going to help chased after two other people. These woman were not here just to pick up makeup.
