This is going to be a bit of a story. I originally went to Spa Natur years ago, absolutely loved it - atmosphere was great, massage was great. Flash forward to this year, I booked a couples massage on December 11th, 2022 for my girlfriends birthday. The appointment was booked a month in advance for January 21st, 2023. So the lady that did my massage was very good. I would give her a 5. The business itself is horrible. My wife gave me a gift card via an online purchase. I own a business and am very busy so getting time to get away is not the easiest thing to do. We left multiple emails and messages to try and get something scheduled and never received a call back nor response to our emails.
