My daughter and I had our first visit today and I must say I'm very disappointed. I felt very rushed, pushed into dicisions and like a nuisance. Our dip was expensive so I would expect a exceptional job done. Not the case, my cuticles were not trimmed, my nail bed is not fully covered with the dip and my daughter 1 finger design is quite amateur.
They claim the policy that they will fix your nail within 3 days. Got my nails done late Thursday, nail broke Friday, I went in Saturday and the lady claims it’s been over 3 days so I have to fully pay for my nail. I wouldn’t recommend this place for their dishonesty.
RecommendedSuper clean atmosphere. Really enjoyed my pedicure.
Tina was amazing. best nail specialist I've ever been to! highly recommend! in my opinion best around.
