just now New I was in town for a basketball tournament and wanted to get my nails done so I went here because it was closest to the hotel. I asked for and put in the computer “dip with tip” as I’m trying to grow my nails out. I showed the picture of what I was wanting and will attach that here. Absolutely horrible experience here and unacceptable behavior on the part of one of the female employees. I called ahead for myself and several friends to make an appointment before an event, and when we got there, the employees were confused and unprepared. After getting our nails done, many of ours chipped within days. I called 1 week later and was told to come back in the following day for my 2 nails to be fixed.
