Have a gift certificate with no expiration date filled in. I forgot all about it so yes it is 5 yrs old. When called she stated it has a 1 yr expiration date and it don't. Gift certificates should last as long as the salon is open.
Was going to SPA NAILS for years. This was when a lady named Judy owned it. It was an awesome place. This nail shop has been going downhill since the change in ownership. The customer service is poor and the service is below average to put it mildly. I walked in on a Saturday to get a manicure with gel polish and pedicure. The moment I walked in this man said they were no longer taking anybody they have appointments. There is clearly a ‘walk-ins welcome’ sign painted and posted on their window.
