Came in this morning to get a fill. I have no set days off so I try and get in when I can and was seated. Then another nail tech comes in and says her husband want going to be in today and I should make an appt. I didn’t ask for anyone in particular and would of been happy with anyone there. So I left. Never felt so undervalued as a customer before. Will not be returning. I wasn’t even offered someone else but made to feel like I need to call first. Their sign says walk ins. Very disappointed.

I always have a good experience here. This time Amber really showed her talent. When I shared a picture of what I wanted and she did it better than the picture. Henry was so kind and patient with my 7 year old and made her experience beyond expectations. She's already talking about her next appointment. I've been to my fair share of nail salons and Spa Nails has been, by far, the best one I've been to.

I love going here. Always welcoming, very clean, such a cute place. No matter what they make sure to get your nails done the way you want. Amber is so nice and everyone is always polite.
