When I walked in, the place smelled of cigarette smoke, I like to support small local businesses so I decided to stay anyway. I went for a pedicure. As I looked around I noticed how dirty the place was. When the woman came out to give me my pedicure she was wearing a dirty smock. She did not even let my feet soak for one minute before she pulled out DIRTY nail clippers and started cutting my nails. The clippers were so dull that it was splitting my nail!
