My first visit a month ago was amazing second visit terrible the lady who was doing my pedicure was very aggressive not only her body language but but also how she was doing my pedicure she was very unprofessional when I mentioned it to her ultimately they kicked me out and told me to find some where else to go I even offered to tip and I was rejected for God bless spa nails and the lady hoping that she has a better day. Just felt the need to give me personal experience.

I had such a great experience today! First, I want to say I haven’t been to this location since pre-COVID. I have been bouncing around trying to find a place that is consistent since moving to NKY, and I feel like this may be my place. I was greeted by Michelle who truly was such a great help. She was kind, offered input, and answered questions. Her interaction wasn’t that way to just me, as I noticed she was consistent with all the customers.
