Confirmed: The male owner is an unapologetic racist, aside from being an extremely rude human being. Today, he denied me service (a manicure) even though the salon was completely empty and all the technicians were available. When I confronted him about the fact that technicians were available, he yelled at me, said there would be no manicure for me, and told me to leave. This place is SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I got my toes done and paid extra for NO chip. One of my middle nails, the paint completely chipped off in one giant chunk the same night. I came back the next day (also drove 30 minutes out of my way to get there) and I told them and they tried to make me pay them to fix it. I’ve been coming here for years, but it’s time to move on. The male owner has never been particularly welcoming, but today he was downright rude. He will call you two minutes before your appointment if you’re not there. Today, I told him that we were on the way, but running a few minutes late. We were 5 minutes late at the most.
