So disappointed. I had my wedding reception here 18 years ago and it was beautiful. For our anniversary my husband bought me a gift card for the spa as a remembrance of our special day. I started in the steam room which was fine and went to the dry sauna. The dry sauna was not hot and dirty, see photos. I moved to the jetted spa. It was so gross. Edit: I just called to book a treatment, and the young woman on the phone had a meh, whatever attitude, not helpful at all, answered in one word sentences, just yes or no. Extremely frustrating and inexcusable at this price point. They should better train their staff on customer service. I'm looking elsewhere, won't book with her. My treatment finished at 6:50. They were supposed to be open until 8:00. The lights had already been turned off in the relaxation room, and the water station had already been taken down. They told ... read more

I recently visited SPA MINERALE for a massage and facial, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! SARAH and her team took such wonderful care of me. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was so serene—soft music, calming scents, and a welcoming staff that made me feel instantly relaxed. The massage was pure bliss. Super skeptical about what the experience would be like after reading the reviews. My sister booked for us a Valentine’s Day treat so a busy Saturday. However, WONDERFUL experience. But I will say, it was the best deep tissue massage I ever had. While the resort itself is older and so too are the facilities, they are clean, the sauna and the steam rooms are fantastic.
