We did a couple's massage. For a high end spa the layout is wildly confusing with no signs. Amenities are not for couples but there was a room with love seats for couples which had water, tea and small cupcakes. Unfortunately another couple in there chose to talk at normal volume holding a full on conversation 😡 Using the whirlpool and sauna was only available separately by gender. This was a very nice spa experience. Be sure to bring a swim suit. Also, dont waste time with their signature relaxation massage of youre a person that enjoys a full body massage. It was relaxing but nothing therapeutic about the soft rub down rhat misses so many areas of muscle on the body. Prices could be worst, but typical for resort prices.
The services and facilities are great. But it’s a very frustrating experience booking things online or using a gift card. I booked my appointment online and came with the confirmation and they had zero record of my appointments and didn’t try to provide a discount on new services it was just a “too bad” and I had to book for the next day. I came back and the $300 gift card I had proof of didn’t work and they charged my credit card until we spent 30 min trying to fix it. So disappointed. I had my wedding reception here 18 years ago and it was beautiful. For our anniversary my husband bought me a gift card for the spa as a remembrance of our special day. I started in the steam room which was fine and went to the dry sauna. The dry sauna was not hot and dirty, see photos. I moved to the jetted spa. It was so gross.
