I came about 15 minutes early for my first appointment, a body treatment (Seaweed Detox), mind you this was my first ever spa experience. The receptionist was very polite and offered me tea. Kasia, personnel, came out about 5 minutes later. I explained to her that this was my first time ever doing a body treatment. She was professional, she explained to me what I was to do when it came time to wrap in foil or take a shower to rinse the residual seaweed mask off. My skin was soft and supple.
