Amazing Paradise Definately an oasis in the desert. This spa is an amazing facility. All my friends loved their treatments and I paid just to experience the amazing atmophere and I was not disappointed.
relax Come here with your girlfriends or sisters and mother! It's a great place to feel pampered. My sisters and mom came here during Mother's Day weekend. We all received wonderful massages. Great facilities, clean and well ran.
Spa Mandalay A wonderful place to pamper yourself. Very nice people and they make sure you are comfortable. Great massages and skin treatments. They have healthy snacks and drinks for you to enjoy while you relax.
Reasonable – This is my first time to Spa Mandalay. I'm happy because they gave me a special treatment and the price is very reasonable.

To quote the famous actress "What a dump". Very poor housekeeping services, took them almost 45 minutes to bring an ashtray to a SMOKING room, house keeping knocking on the door and entering at 9:15 am on a Saturday morning even with the Do not disturb sign on the door! 1 set of towels for a king size deluxe suite! Dealers who have their favorite players and ignores everyone else at the table games. Oh boy was this bad .... – I travel a lot and used to LOVE this place. I returned recently and was so disappointed. Not only had my favorite front clerk gone (no wonder why) but I was treated so rudely. There is a girl, if you can call her that, that claimed she was supervisor when I asked to talk to someone about the rudeness. This masculine lady might as well have told me "too bad too sad".
