Reasonable – This is my first time to Spa Mandalay. I'm happy because they gave me a special treatment and the price is very reasonable.
Oh boy was this bad .... – I travel a lot and used to LOVE this place. I returned recently and was so disappointed. Not only had my favorite front clerk gone (no wonder why) but I was treated so rudely. There is a girl, if you can call her that, that claimed she was supervisor when I asked to talk to someone about the rudeness. This masculine lady might as well have told me "too bad too sad". She had her foot on something behind the desk and was leaning, so there was a view of her face and her crotch. THIS IS PROFESSIONAL? T... read more
Not as impressive as I'd expect – The spa was nice, the pools were pretty, and locker rooms were good size. I felt a bit like I was just another number - my therapist was late and didn't apologize, and i didn't like having to put down the gratuity on the sales slip in the treatment room. I got the Nirvana treatment and it was done well and very relaxing.
The Unspa – Fair warning. The facility is very nice, too bad the operations are poor. If you're an experienced spa goer this is not the place to go. In the men's "relaxation" area be prepared for two blaring TVs, bombarding you with commercials ( yes, you are paying to listen to commercials ! ) Plus, the added bonus of loud employees complaining about their lives is about as un-spa as you can get. If I spend $330 /w tip for two services (facial+ massage+tips)-I don't expect to hear a peep. The women's area by contrast does h... read more
Great experience – I still on the other end of the strip and go to the Spa at Mandalay everytime. Highly recommend the hot stone massage....
A Spa Beyond Compare -- The most relaxing and aesthetically pleasing spa in Las Vegas – Spa Mandalay is absolutely THE premiere spa in Las Vegas ? period. I state this with the utmost confidence because my husband and I have been frequenting Las Vegas? spas, restaurants, and shows for over 15 years now, sometimes going as often as every two months, and we?ve stayed at every high-end / major resort on the Strip. No one comes close, not even its younger cousin the Bathhouse at THEHotel. I highly recommend spending at least one... read more
Lovely bath area – The pool/bath area is what makes this such an enjoyable experience. Before and after treatments, it is an enjoyable way to spend time away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely.
Mandalay Bay's spa offers upscale services in an elegant and understated environment. – In Short The posh spa is centered around a 30-foot-long tiered fountain, which empties into narrow whirlpools where patrons soak. Nearby, a large eucalyptus-scented steam room provides ample room for lounging. Services include a variety of massages and skin treatments using orange peel, green tea, volcanic mud or crushed grape seeds. Before or after treatments, spa guests may use the deluxe fitness center, where floor-to-ceiling windows o... read more
A great end to any Vegas vacation. – I went to Spa Mandalay for their Hot Stone Massage and it was well worth the $145. Two of my friends went with me and also received massages. We lazed in the hot, warm and cool pools, spent some time in the wonderfully eucalyptus scented steam room, snacked on muffins, juice and water and enjoyed the great showers. Spa Manadalay is recommended to anyone looking to relax from their Vegas vacation before returning home.
