During our hot tub search we ended up buying from Spa Logic due to the knowledgeable and friendly staff. When our spa arrived it wasn’t exactly what we ordered and we were bummed. Once the owner found out he called me immediately and made sure we knew that we would be taken care of. Josh the service tech is extremely knowledgeable on tub operation and water chemistry. I went into the store and initially had a very bad customer service experience. I posted an original review according to that sole interaction. I was almost immediately contacted by the owner, who showed genuine care and concern regarding my experience, and also wanted to follow up to make sure that I received the help I was originally looking for.
