The front desk staff during today’s shift displayed discriminatory behavior. Her service attitude was notably better toward Korean speakers, which left me feeling disrespected. I had a very unpleasant experience with the front desk.
I went here for the first time on my birthday. I’m usually a Jeju girly but I wanted to give them a chance. This is what I liked about Spa land. They have bigger & better saunas & they have more resting spaces. They also have a ton of infared treatment space. Jeju has better body treatments & a nail salon that’s great. Jeju is very thorough with the body scrubs & things. I went to spa land on a Tuesday & had to wait almost 2 hours to recieve the body treatment.
