My first time going to this salon was awful, it seemed like neither nail tech knew how to do builder gel. The application was so pour they let it dry under the light with it dripping down on the sides of my fingers. Instead of dissolving it, they filed it down inbetween my skin and the product. I flinched in pain multiple times and the tech didn't stop. I felt extremely dismissed when I asked for multiple issues to be fixed. I have finally found my nail home! I walked-in this morning, and the experience was amazing. The ladies were very polite. They were also gentle with the manicure and pedicure. My manicure and pedicure was complete at the same time, yet, I was the only customer at that time. The shop is small, yet comfortable. You are also offered drinks before your service. Exceptional service!!!! Lilly is an artist and my nails are perfect! The salon is a vibe, very intimate, cozy, and cute. The service was personalized and very accommodating. I would give 10 stars if I could! Go! You won't be disappointed!!
