I bought my mom a massage for Her birthday and after 2 months of unreturned calls, she finally made an appointment 3 months in advance. A week before the appointment, it was canceled because she wanted to reserve that weekend for “regulars”. Complete lack of professionalism and respect for others.
Poor customer service
Nortasha totally changed my skin! I tried everything. I even went to a dermatologist and I still had terrible skin. Nortasha gave me a facial like I have never had and sent me home with products. It worked miraculously!!
