I had Tiffany for an amazing facial and Tanya for an awesome massage! everyone there is so welcoming and nice. it's very fancy but not pretentious! The steam room sauna, hot tub and warm outdoor pool is so relaxing! The place feels very high-end but still super friendly
I would have given this five stars if not for the confusion at checkout as well as a disappointing lack of transparency. My service was awesome. I got a pedicure. The only reason I chose to go here was because they had a $15 off nail special for locals on Monday, which I was excited to check out because it's pretty pricey. Arrived a little after opening at 9am and we're told there was no occupancy left in the spa for that day. In the next breath, the staff told us to we could get access to the spa today by booking a treatment. These things can't both be true - you're either at maximum occupancy or you are not-which leads me to believe they are not being straightforward.
