I, along with a few friends, had made spa reservations for a relaxation massage. We last minute learned about reflexology add-on at an additional price and added it on. As for my personal experience, I wasn’t told that the reflexology would be a part of the 50-minute and not an extension of the 50-minutes. I loved my experience at the spa. The front desk was super friendly and they had everything I needed to feel relaxed. I loved the little touches the women’s lounge had (tampons, makeup remover wipes, hair ties 🫶) will definitely be back
I used to go to this spa often and decided to celebrate my birthday here with family and friends this past Saturday. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the front desk told us the spa was at capacity and we had to wait until people left. We eventually learned that if we booked a massage, we would be allowed in, so some of us did that. The massage itself was wonderful, but the spa experience was frustrating. Was able to take advantage of a massage and relaxation package here at the spa. Caro was my masseuse and she was phenomenal. Fast but not rushed, accommodating and attentive. Incredible massage and amazing at walking through and communicating the process.
