Due to the Shapiro's, we were blessed in having both Dr's Greg and Mike Gertsen come in last Saturday afternoon, beyond normal hours, (with compassion and understanding) to examine, care and remove an infected upper molar that was cracked and infected. We have been vacationing in Florida for the past 6 weeks and not looking to return home for another 4 weeks - really no where to go and this stopped us in our tracks. Beautiful JOB done! Fantastic dentist office. Had my first appt today and couldn't believe what a positive experience it was! Dr. Michael Gertsen, provides great feedback and explanation of the process. He spent quality time getting to know me and explain everything on my first visit. The front desk is very friendly, and welcoming. They seem to genuinely enjoy working there. Honestly, I can't believe how glad I am after choosing Dr. Michael Gertsen as my new dentist. I would highly recommend him to others!!!

I had been going back to NY for my dental visits with my dentist I had been seeing for over 30 years. Dr. Gersten is a very thorough doctor. He took care of my infection and knew exactly what to do when I came to him with my problem. He called that evening to see how I was progressing and answered some other questions I had about my issue. I then was instructed to call the office the next morning to keep him informed. His staff is also marvelous. I truly trust his advice.

I've been going to Dr. Gertsen for over 10 years. He is the best!! I always get compliments about my smile. All thanks to Dr. Gertsen. He goes above and beyond to make patient feel welcomed and comfortable. He is caring and compassionate. Very knowledgeable about latest technology. His office is super clean. My dental hygienist Vicky is awesome too. Very gental with cleaning and always explains every procedure. Always puts patient first.
