Relaxing atmosphere. I like it.
I had a wonderful time here. The staff are super polite and helpful, and the facilities are well-equipped and clean. I got to hang out at the pool for a couple hours after my massage; it was great!
We had a Gilt voucher for an 80 minute massage, but were given a 50 minute massage instead. I provided the written confirmation, but the staff (specifically Jessica, my wife's massage therapist) kept arguing that what they had given us was correct. Jessica was bringing all kinds of other information into the mix to justify their actions.
