The overall experience was nice! Friendly staff, Levi is very attentive & did a great job!
Kati is everything! I have had several sessions with her and I can't tell you what a magician she is. The entire staff has always been extremely helpful, informative and warm. I drive from Atlanta because the discretion, cleanliness and level of care are bar none!
Got a facial here recently with Emily. She was fantastic!! It was super relaxing and my face was super smooth afterwards. Wish I could’ve stayed longer for how relaxing it was!!

Booked for spouse, she said facial was good but they treated her poorly at front , not letting her leave because they said she did t pay when was booked and paid for online , customer service is key to having a good spa experience, when called they acted like no big deal becaise they figured out payment , no apologies or concerns about how they treat customer.
