The gal working the desk was so helpful. Such professionalism is rarely seen these days and she deserves the recognition. Her name was Anna.
I'm normally very picky with my mani/pedi. I guess because I was licensed for manicurist before. Unlike all the other places, Shea Essence services is superb. My mani and pedi were very relaxing and quite comfortable in this great atmosphere. The staffs were extremely nice and listens to your needs. I don't even live near sugarland, but add this place to my trip monthly. Thank you Shea Essence. Also I love the new renovation.
