They are horrible!!!! The people that works there are so rude and disrespectful. The service sucks! The quality sucks and the women who sits in front when you walk in is extremely rude and has no care. This place will not function without Paul!!!!!!!!!!!! This is for the location on 2nd Avenue. The nail work is sloppy. I asked for acrylic nails, the technician lathered on the powder so thick that my nails looked chunky and boxy. From afar they looked nice but once you get close people commented “who did these?” “Why do they look so thick?” “What happened to your nails?” The worst part is I went to get them removed- instead of putting nail remover with cotton and foul or finger tip covers, the girl put my entire hand in a bowl of nail polish remover to soak. I don't understand. I got gel nail service on my Real nails and the polish is peeling not even a week later .. $35+ for what.. it's not worth it. Especially in this economy.
Prices are extremely high and it's not that clean.
