Kathy, the owner of this store is absolutely down to earth most caring person you will ever meet. Any questions you have about anything she's your girl. Store is always stocked with products, welcoming and most of all just a beautiful place to be in. Anytime I'm in Barrie I always have to get my husband to take me here. It's legit my happy place. Thank you Kathy for all you do. I appreciate you lots 💗

By far my favourite, go to place for all my spa business supplies and needs. Kathy is the most amazing, helpful, and overall great person to chat with. Any questions or concerns I have, she is so knowledgeable and able to walk me through it all. I won't ever go anywhere else!

Spa Essentials is Second to None! Kathy is the most Efficient & knowledgeable in her industry. Always there to answer questions and help out. Everything is in stock I need and orders quickly for future items. A definite must for those In the beauty industry!
