This wellness center has been a gem of a find. I just recently started coming here and I will absolutely continue to do so, regularly. They have a wide range and variety of services, and clearly the owner is extremely well-versed in all things that pertain to the human body. After my first visit, I felt like a new person. Thank you to Sarah for making this a great experience!

Sara is really sweet and on time. She even went an extra mile for me to an additional accupuncture on top of the massage and cupping .
Mean and aggressive. First time here she almost punctured my colon by forcing more water when I had enough pressure inside AND kept caressing me my back (almost like she was potty training me like I was an infant or forcing me to go lol)?and touching me randomly despite me asking her not to repeatedly. Also kept saying good job to me like a parent when I had no releases except water going in. Was so bloated and backed me up for weeks after. Best experience ever. I highly recommend Sara & her services, she is so wonderful and cute and professional and gifted in healing and wellness. Will come back here a million times over! I live on the east and drive all the way to Santa Monica for Essencia Wellness no problem, so worth it
