I’m sorry to have to post an unfavorable review of Phil and Spa Emporium. We have had him do repairs for us in the past with great results but this time was a very poor experience. We were charged the minimum $100 for him to come diagnose the problem and a part was needed that he didn’t have. I ordered it online, he came to install it and then realized another part was faulty as well and needed to be ordered. Got charged another $100 for 10 min. work. Phil was able to come out the day after I called him. Got my spa working in no time. Awesome service!
Phil was WONDERFUL!! He did a great job, was super fast and reasonably priced. I HIGHLY recommend him!
He showed up when he said he would and was knowledgeable and reasonably priced. This was a quick and painless resolution to what had been months of hot tub problems with a botched repair by another company.
