No thank you - Rudeness Reigns – noticed immediately the employees seem to hate each other here. it's entertaining if nothing else. my girlfriend recommended this place for waxing. i went to the wrong person on my one and only visit. the job done was awful -more hair missed than removed. lady doing waxing TALKED the entire time about how she wants to find a another job and complained about her boyfriend. gee, that's nice but i don't really care about your problems...waste basket in waxing room was overflowing with trash - wh... read more
I highly recommended – I've been going to Spa Emilia for year and half now. Their pedicures are fantastic, no matter who does my toes, they always look and feel awesome. Their European signature pedicure is $50, but its worth every minute of it. Nobody spends almost an hour just on your feet, but they do. Lily does the Best Brazilian Wax in Chicago! – Lily is the absolute best! She is the greatest in the city hands down! I have had many brazilians and other waxing all over the city and finally I met Lily. Other places take 45 min+ to wax your bikini and brazilian! Lily does an excellent job in 15 minutes flat. overpriced and unprofessional – Rude employees. The employees all speak another language in front of clients during your service which is not relaxing or professional.
Too pricey for the unprofessional atmosphere. – I booked a pedicure/manicure combination 1 day in advance. They're pedicures are a bit pricey ($50) but good, especially the relaxing foot massage! However, the manicurist spoiled the entire experience by interrupting my pedicure to begin the manicure. She sat on the left side of my chair, causing me to have to stretch my arms over to one side of the chair, switching hands back and forth. Solid nails and great facials. – My nails were perfect when I left Spa Emilia. They did a wonderful job. It was relaxing. But I really like massage chairs and a spa soak when I get a pedicure. There was none of it. To compensate they do give a killer foot massage. The facial I had was great and relatively inexpensive considering the $120 most places cost. It was wonderful and I was in heaven. I would recommend it.
