RecommendedI was given the escape package as a gift last year. Rosa was my massage therapist and is very gentle and caring. I requested her again to work on my problem areas that she noted from my previous visit. It was so relaxing I fell asleep. For Christmas this year I bought the escape package for myself, and Jeremy was my massage therapist this time. He helped with trigger points and went into detail about how I can work on them myself. Bad customer service, rude, did not explain cancellation policy. Every year I schedule my wife a Birthday appointment and we have been satisfied and never cancelled. Today my wife woke up very sick and wasn't going to be able to make the appointment. The representative was very rude to me and told me that since I make the appointments every year that I should know the policy. They charged my card without telling me and lost a customer for good.
