I have now made 3 appointments with this company after they came out in March to fix my hot tub, which still leaks. They have not shown up or called for any of these appointments. I will not be scheduling a 4th time. They don’t answer the phone or call you back.

I made an appointment on Memorial Day weekend and they never called to say that they could not make it. I called them after they did not show up and they told me that there was a tornado warning (even though it was blue skies and sunny) and that they could not come. They said they would make me the first appointment the next day, which was Sunday. I told them I thought they were closed on sundays, but the woman assured me they’d be there. Made an appointment and was blown off. They didn't call to let me know. They didn't answer my calls before or after the one hour window they gave me, and they didn't call me back in the two days since then. It was also a mid-day appointment, so they wasted half a personal day of mine. Don't bother with these liars!
