Best and most professional dentist office I’ve ever been to. Everyone is well informed and great at what they do.
Went here one time for an in network cleaning. They told me I had an outstanding charge of $44 dollars that insurance wouldn’t cover (from an in-network cleaning). They wouldn’t see me for my second cleaning until that was paid, but they didn’t tell me that until I arrived. Commuted 30 mins just to be declined an in-network cleaning. Wouldn’t recommend as it feels like deceptive practices.
Listen to the other reviewer and don’t go here. They have an incredibly rude receptionist, Stephanie who is incompetent at dealing with patients let alone any problem solving. Second, I caught a billing discrepancy over a month ago and it has literally been the most painful process trying to get a response from their billing department. They’re literally holding my money hostage and now the excuses are endless as to why I won’t get a refund. This is so ridiculous.
