amazing experience! – i just moved back to town and revisited spa del lago for one of their wonderful skin ceuticals peels and hot stone massage. everyone was friendly and helpful and it is definitely my idea of a neighborhood spa. they sell wonderful products and the staff is so knowledgable. thank you spa del lago, i will be back again and again.
best facial and waxing – I went to spa del lago for the first time because my friend gave me a gift certificate.I came after a long day at work and had a facial and waxing from Heidi. I can honestly say the best I've ever had. The facial was so relaxing and the waxing was almost painless. She does amazing brows. They use such high quality products and she was very knowlegable about all of them. I will definately be back on a maintenance basis, not to mention what a beautiful and serene spa.
ah yes! Massage, body treatments, facials, full-service salon, acupuncture, Spa del Lago is awesome. Can't go wrong here. People who like to be pampered and relaxed definitely should check it out. I went with my boyfriend and even he had a good time. Our lives are so busy all the time, that it's a nice getaway. Make sure you book reservations like a week to 2 weeks in advance.
Like 5 star hotel with 2 star service – My whole evening ruined - did not believe the bad reviews until I experienced it myself! The fancy website & good reviews were misleading. Massage was good, but I have never come out from a manicure so disappointed. The service was unfair & unprofessional: others had a neck wrap and tea - it wasnt until my 3rd request did I get the same treatment. wonderful experiences – Having patronized Spa Del Lago on numerous occasions I can thouroughly recommend the tranquil atmosphere, rejuvinating treatments, and a friendly skilled professional staff. My girlfriends and I make a point to meet monthly to reconnect, catch up and pamper ourselves. The spa pedicures are our favorites. The entire staff have been friendly, knowlegeable and courtious. Keep up the good work, see you next month.
Truly an Unpleasant Experience and Business – As a customer of this spa I am writing of my unfortunate experience as this is what "reviews" are for. I have been to many spa's in Seattle and had never been treated so bad. I was not greated when i entered nor was my appointment even started on time. For everyone Yes, this one is a good one. Lovely and unique tiny location at the end of Madison where it meets the lake (thus the name). I've enjoyed hand and feet service here with my mother, my husband and my friends. All are very welcome at this unpretentious oasis. Will even let you bring in a little bubbly or appertif if celebrating an occasion.
I love my hair!!! – I want to thank Amber for doing such a wonderful job on my hair. I had to go and see her to find out for myself, and she was everything that my friends raved about. I haven't loved my hair this much in a long, long time. The color is gorgeous and the cut is oh so very chic. I would reccommend her to anyone, and i am so very thankful that my friends sent me her way. What would i have done without her.
Amazing spa! – I will be a regular here from now on - the front desk staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful and the pedicure I had was the best I've ever had! Next time I'll be having one of the amazing Del Lago facials my friend had. I really like that they only carry high-end product lines like Eminence too. Highly recommended all-round.
