I came across a gift certificate, that I had misplaced. I went to the spa and asked if they would honor it. I was told that the owner said that they were under new management and could not. They said I could pay $25.00 to use the certificate. I do not understand how new management would make the decision instead of the owner. I was very disappointed!
Love this place, and everybody that works here is great.
