My Napa Valley Hot Tub is one of the best gifts I ever bought for myself and I use it constantly for 6 years now. The Maintenance program keeps my hot tub sparkling clean and fresh and the team is so top notch. Great service at an excellent price - TOTALLY WORTH the money. We are so happy we chose a local dealer and Sean Breen was very helpful in our choice of tubs. He and his staff solved our hard water problem after getting the hot tub installed on time and running smoothly. They’re available to answer any questions we have as well.
Sean Breen was great to work with at Napa Hot Tubs. No high pressure sales, just honest and very helpful. We looked at many other hot tubs and kept coming back to Marquis. We are very satisfied and would recommend Napa Hot Tubs 100%!
I don’t believe in Santa but I definitely believe in Steve (the repair tech) lol! Someone gave me a hot tub and of course it did not work after getting it wired up. Steve figured it out in literally minutes. Anytime I’ve had a question, concern, or issue MiMi and the whole team have been absolutely amazing! Customer service may be dead in a lot of places nowadays but it is alive and well at Napa Valley Hot Tubs! I greatly appreciate you guys sincerely.
