Wonderful 1st impression. They understood I am a budget minded cyclist with the Passion but not the purse ($$$). Mr. Wyatt carefully walked me through multiple options for entry level bikes at the quality level I am seeking along with specific tradeoffs in components and Suspension fork quality. Very low pressure salesman intrested in getting me what I need/want rather than trying to push something on me.
