I made reservations to the spa castle a couple of days ago . According to their website it showed a package for a couple for 240.00 that includes a body scrub for 30 minutes a facial for 30 minutes complementary champagne and admission . I get a call from customer service advising me that they was a glitched in the system and they don’t have those packages . The cashier stole money charged me a different amount from what the receipt displayed the manager sorted it out i had to ask for an apology i had to negotiate a discount for my inconvenience where she stated I would be refunded only a few days later to not actually get a refund but to get charged again this is a mess

This place needs to be investigated. The ***, ************, ********, etc. that goes on in the hot tubs, saunas and in front of kids is excessive and disgusting. The ****** requirement in the hot tub and sauna is just perverted. The staff is aware of all the nastiness and does literally nothing. This place is a gay brothel, not a spa.

I booked one of the staycation packages they offer. The whole experience was just ****** from the start. When I emailed to book the package, there was back and forth correspondence until it just dropped off. I had to email on multiple occasions to confirm that my reservation was made. Really poor communications. When I arrived at the hotel, I was charged what I told was half the price ($215) and the rest would be charged when I arrived at the spa. There was an orgy in the men's sauna. I was mortified. I spoke to the manager, Aneg, who seemed well aware, but refused to take any action. He also refused to offer me any form of compensation, despite the fact that I had an absolutely miserable experience. No one should unwillingly be exposed to this kind of activity. Shame on Spa Castle!

My sister last year bought tickets for spa castle which were on sale. Spa castle promote sales for their tickets $20.00 for the weekdays and 25 for the weekends for 50% off during there Chinese New Year 2018 So she decided to buy some. They told her “if you buy a lot these tickets they are good until the expired date stamped on the tickets. After the expired date the ticket will go up to the market value rate which was $50.00 for the weekend and $40.00 for the weekdays. This place would be nice if they fixed the multitude of broken water jets and features, as well as the faulty jets that are so strong I got a bruise in the center of my back. The main issue here, and i can't stress this enough, is the couples who are allowed to have intercourse in plain sight because no employees see fit to enforce any rules.
