Beyond impressed! With two kids and pets these carpets were a hot mess and let’s not talk about the stains. SPA came in and did our 4 bedroom, stairs/hallway and quickly restored the look of the carpets. What stains? Can’t even tell where the little one spilt chocolate milk. Very professional and informative. Will definitely be scheduling again when needed. Highly recommend
