Poor service.
Kudos to Darren Hines of S-P-A Carpet Cleaning for a very good experience & outcome on the cleaning of older hallway carpet in addition to newer family room-dining room carpet. Darren was prompt and very efficient. Would definitely would use his services again.
After using a different carpet cleaning company in the past and not being happy, I was hesitant to use another one. After reading the positive reviews for S-P-A Carpet Cleaning, I decided to give it a try. Darren worked with my schedule, was on time, professional, and reassuring. I couldn’t be happier with him and the great job he did. Our carpet looks great. I will only be using S-P-A Carpet Cleaning in the future. I am so happy to have found someone who does such a great job and takes such pride in their work.
My carpet looks brand new! I have two children and a dog so you can imagine the messes they make! Not only does it look fantastic, but it smells and feels clean. Eliminating germs and drying time is important to me and S-P-A was able to sanitize my carpet and everything was completely dry in 4 hours.
Darren worked very hard, was professional, took time to explain the techniques he uses, and made our carpet look and smell just great. He’s real honest about what stains he can or prob cannot get out. His prices are fair and he was efficient. I’ll ask him back for sure.
