i've been a loyal customer for about six years now. Sometimes I'm here twice a week. I drive a limousine for a living and have to keep my car clean and this is one place I know where it will be done right. If there is ever an issue with the cleanliness of the vehicle they will either fix it or re-wash the car at no additional charge. I really like the 48 hour rain guarantee.
Shockingly atrocious customer service. I was turned away by a horribly rude man because I wouldn't let them put a sticker on my car.
They never clean the inside back windshield very well, probably because it's not as easy to reach - but still. That and the inside of the moonroof window - I even leave the moonroof shade open. The equipment is on the newer side (maybe 5+ years) and is typically in good working order. The staff is friendly when engaged, though distant. I got the best "welcome" today from one of the vacuum guys, totally unprompted!
