Don’t book here. My daughters and I all hated the lomi lomi relaxation massages because they were far from relaxing. We received some of the most painful, uncomfortable massages of our lives. The therapists used their full body weight on our pressure points and continued even after we asked for lighter pressure. It felt more like torture than relaxation. This was a complete waste of money, and I would never return or recommend this place to anyone.
STAY AWAY!!! I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD!!! I had a couples massage with my wife today and it went horribly. This was by far the worst, most painful, most unprofessional massage I have ever gotten and it makes me not want to ever get a massage again. After repeatedly telling the masseuse that the pressure was too much and I’d like her to apply less pressure on multiple parts of my body, she continued with the same pressure and applied greater pressure throughout the massage. Great experience; fir relaxation, this is a must do!
We had massages here and they were average, like it wasn’t bad but it also wasn’t great. Medium pressure felt like light and the areas of concern weren’t really focused on much. We finished the massages feeling like we barely did anything. For the price you’re paying you’d expect a much better service and overall experience. I was quoted $210 on the phone for the Hawaiian + scalp massage and ended up being charged $219 without tip (229 with). Prices were raised without the website being updated. My masseuse was late so I was left sitting in the waiting room in nothing but a robe on while people passed through which was very uncomfortable for me. The massage was mediocre at best, I kept asking for more pressure and even with firm pressure it wasn’t much. The scalp massage left me with chunks of my hair coming out when it was done.
