The absolute best pedicure I have ever experienced in my entire life! Miyuki was kind, gentle and attentive to my needs. Ensuring I was relaxed throughout my treatment. If you are lucky to get Miyuki as your therapist, I am confident you will be well cared for. I recommend adding on the hands and feet massage for 20mins extra of relaxation. Spa by JW really impressed and I look forward to coming back for another treatment. 100/10!!!

Such a lovely clean professional warm peaceful well cared for spa here. The lady on reception who booked us was incredible the level of service she provided to us and other guests was outstanding and my technician who did my nails and massage name was Karina she was wonderful so peaceful well spoken gentle great memory and put so much care and effort into every touch point and such high detail of nails. A Perfect Blend of Relaxation and Indulgence I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was serene and welcoming — soft music, calming scents, and friendly staff who instantly made me feel at ease. The head massage was pure bliss.
