Treated my husband to a birthday spa day. It was his first facial and spa experience and safe to say he is hooked. Our two wonderful massage/beauty therapists were beyond amazing. Thank you Karina and Maurene. Also a of thank you to the lovely lady on the front desk. Everyone wet out of there way to make the day extra enjoyable as both my husband and I did not want to leave.

I had a wonderful experience at the spa at JW Marriott. The facilities were beautiful, relaxing, and the service was exceptional. A special mention to Asato, who was absolutely fabulous! She was warm, professional, attentive, and made the entire experience feel truly special. Her care and attention to detail were outstanding. Thank you, Asato, for making my spa experience so memorable. I would definitely recommend the spa and will be returning!
Great experience, specially the hot stone treatment. Mao was polite and very accommodating the whole time. At the end of the treatment I was able to relax with some tea
