Spa by JW at the JW Marriot was a lovely, peaceful and relaxing experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful when booking in advance of our stay and then at the appointment. The facilities were beautiful and clean and comfortable. The massage and therapist were excellent and I felt very relaxed afterwards. Highly recommend a visit for some pampering!

Had a lovely treatment at JW Marriott Spa, Gold Coast during our holiday stay. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The newly refurbished spa is absolutely luxurious, spacious, and very relaxing. Plenty of treatment rooms, multiple steam rooms and saunas, and a large lounge to unwind after your treatment. Our therapist, Asako, has a truly healing touch. Both my wife and I felt amazing afterwards. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge in style.
