****ALERT MUST READ**** Excellent experience at the JW Marriott Spa. Lito was outstanding! He took the time to listen to exactly what I needed and tailored the massage accordingly. His attention to detail, technique, and professionalism were excellent from start to finish. It’s always appreciated when someone truly listens rather than just going through a routine, and Lito absolutely delivered. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and impressed with the entire experience. Highly recommend asking for Lito!
Brenna was so amazing! By far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. The spa is also very nice.
Nice atmosphere and facilities. Good selection of herbal teas, fruit infused water and healthy snacks. Large massage rooms with high quality sheets/bed. Overall, the massage was average. Staff was pleasant and professional.
