Spa by Design is Amazing! Ultimate Med-Spa Experience Spa by Design is amazing! Dr. Horner is so nice! You really feel welcomed and pampered at the spa. All the staff are so sooo nice and they really make you feel welcomed. The spa is beautiful and sooo peaceful. Dr. Horner did my botox and I swear I look 10 years younger. Mary the facial specialist give the best antiaging facial and Stacie is truly the best massage therapist I ever had!
