I had a massage at the Spa Boutique on the 5th floor of the Godfrey Hotel. The room is small with two massage beds/tables. It's clean and tidy, it wasn't a problem for me but maybe someone will mind that there is no room to change clothes, I already took off my clothes in the same room. The masseuse Sara who waited for me at the reception and gave me the massage was extremely polite and kind, and in my opinion extremely good at her job. I purchased a 50 minute massage & 50 min facial from Groupon to try out this spa. For starters they require you to pay a 20% gratuity on the original value of the packge, which is a $280 value, so $60 tip. Which is fine had the service/experience matched. The massage was okay from what i remember i knodded off about 15 mins in from working a 14 hr day. The spa area, mainly the waiting area was significantly cold making for a uncomfortable experience. Very unorganized, I paid for a couples massage and facial got there and the lady said they didn't have that. One lady was very weird and was super quick to pick my bf and caught herself being very unprofessional and made a very weird excuse on why he needed to go with her and made it even more weird. Highly recommend going somewhere else if you want the what you pay for and or professional service.
