Hotel inclusive spa closed two days of the week and closes daily around check in time. Will have no ability to take advantage of what was supposed to be a perk in my stay for Sunday-Tuesday night at Embassy. Will have to leave the hotel to find a spa we can enjoy when we could just relax at the hotel with the spa that's already on site. Feeling pretty cheated
Booked the couples combination massage with herbal soak for my husband and I’s weekend getaway, and it was worth every penny! The spa is inside Embassy Suites on the second floor. We were promptly and warmly greeted at the front desk check-in upon arrival. The atmosphere was very calming and relaxing. They were very professional, friendly, and cleanly! Definitely going to come back again the next time we stay at the Embassy in Hot Springs. Megan really took care of us for the manicure and pedicures. We also recommend Josh, Stephanie, and Joann for the deep tissue massage!

We drove 6.5 hours to experience the Spa. The atmosphere was nice, but we were cheated on our services. The herbal bath was just a bubble bath with 1 essential oil in it. We paid for a body wrap and hot stone combo massage. The therapist did not properly know how to use hot stones, he massage one of my butt cheeks very throughly. We never received proper body wraps, they combined the experience by massaging me the covering me with mylar. I was expecting a .ud wrap.
