As always an amazing experience. Jacqueline gives the best massages. I've been seeing her for years and will continue do so.
I've had more bad experiences than good here, most of which revolved around the front desk staff. Poor customer service and reoccuring issues with losing my appointments or calling me for someone elses appointment reminder. Yesterday someone who "doesnt usually work up here" checked me out and was beyond rude.

Went in on a whim as my friends had gotten me a gift card.. was in need of good haircut and color and saw Riley and she did a great job! I love the additional pampering with the head / shoulder and hand massage - Riley Also touched up my makeup when I was done. If you are looking for true Spa feeling I highly recommend Spa Blue! I'll be going back for a facial !
I received a facial from Alina. The staff was very friendly and took good care of me. I was so relaxed the whole time and my skin feels amazing! Alina has magic hands and I will be coming back to see her again!
