RecommendedToday was my first experience at the South Barrington location and stylist Julia was great. The moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles a great atmosphere. Julia did a wonderful job with my new bob hair cut. I definitely recommend this great place and will return.
This was my first time at such a classy salon and I was very impressed. Gina is amazing! I’ve used to go to her to get my hair done before she moved out of state. So glad she moved back and is at such a wonderful salon. Gina is so easy to talk to and she does an amazing job on hair! You can show her a picture of what you want and she will also throw in her advice (which she is really good at giving)! Will definitely be going back.
Recently booked a pedicure for two and was sent a text and call confirmation for 4pm, however upon arriving 20 minutes early was told that we wouldn’t be seen as the first appointment was at 3pm and then at 4pm and was turned away. They stated they had no phone number to contact me for the first appointment however I have been a customer for 3+ years. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and incompetent staffing. Won’t be coming back to this spa that I used to speak so highly of.

Seriously $110 dollars and 2 days later!
I only get my hair highlighted every 6-12 months and I wasn’t happy with my last highlights I came back in to get it fixed within a month and was charged full price for another half head - not what I was expecting. I left it to see if the blue conditioner I bought lightened it but it didn’t. I wanted ash because I wanted it lighter less yellow blond than last time but it was darker. My daughter had her hair done at Walmart and it was better and brighter.
The staff at Spa Bleu are true professionals in that they know how to take care of you, but also know how to mentor you in taking care of yourself in between visits. Thank you for all that you do!

Love this salon. They had so many amenities when you were awaiting your appointment. Also Jackie in the spa is amazing and Bridget was my fantastic stylist. I have since moved states, but really miss this spot.
