Beautiful. Luxurious. Relaxing. Everything from the decor to employees (not to mention complimentary champagne) is warm and inviting. Not at all like most cold and minimalist "spas". It truly is a brief escape to an Italian heaven. The facials are amazing and my skin has never looked so nourished. The beds are warm and comfortable as are the plush robes. I promise you'll never want to leave!
