I reached out via email regarding services through Spa Bilancia for a girls weekend. What we received in return far exceeded our expectations. Star treatment, kind, courteous staff, phenomenal massages and facials and no hurry to get us out the door. We had a phenomenal afternoon and would highly recommend Spa Bilancia for a girls weekend.
Love the relaxing atmosphere and the attentiveness of the staff. They really care about the needs/pampering their clients are expecting. What a wonderful group to know.

My first visit to Spa Bilancia. My facial was fantastic! So, after my treatment, I booked my husband for a massage with Alex and pedi's for myself and a friend! Definitely worth the drive from Cedar Rapids. The spa is like a little piece of heaven; relaxing, inviting, calming and that is all before my treatment ever began! The locker room and shower area are great additions to any spa. Treatment rooms were decorated for relaxation; for example - having a sofa in the couples therapy room. I highly recommend Spa Bilancia~
Exceeded all expectation. Staff was phenomenal! From head to toe I've never felt better! The spa itself is gorgeous too. Highly recommended!
