I am so disappointed in this place. I went there with previous owners and it was great. Recently I went for a couple's massage with steam room experience after. The massage therapists were great so I hate to leave a bad review because it has nothing to do with them. First, we waited for a while before anyone even came to the front to greet us. I personally did not have a great experience with my boyfriend when going for a couples massage. We got there at 11:58 and our appointment was at 12. I know, not the best timing and that’s our fault but I was not aware of the paperwork that needed to be done when you first arrive. We did the paperwork and they apparently subtracted that time we used from writing down our information (5 or so minutes) from our massage because I paid for a 50 minute couples massage and only got massages for 15.
