Was very pleased with services in a prior visit so I was excited to book again. Booked months ago only to be called the afternoon before my visit to tell me all 3 of my services had to be cancelled due to lake of staffing. I was not offered anything in compensation for my inconvenience. Not great customer service in my opinion.
FUN DAY! Facials and massages ate great. Enjoyed hot tub, steam room & sauna.
I was today years old when I found out you can get an entire spa day pass for $50—from 9 AM to 6 PM, including snacks, healthy smoothies every hour (yes, EVERY hour), a sauna, jacuzzi, room temp pool, gym, Al massage table (which is wild), the staff is VERY ATTENTIVE and everything was so clean!!!
