My experience at JW Spa was amazing. I had a 60 minute massage that was so relaxing. Then a facial treatment by Cecilia that was exceptional. Cecilia took the time to answer my questions and cater to my needs. I then had a mani pedi by Cecilia which was great too. Everyone from the reception to the therapists were all so friendly, welcoming and did all they could to ensure a wonderful experience was had. All areas of the spa were clean, calm and relaxing. I left there feeling rejuvenated and calm. I highly recommend it.
A very enjoyable and relaxing experience overall. The spa area is beautiful and feels like a quiet escape from the rest of the hotel. Service was attentive and the entire visit felt comfortable and restorative.
I had such a wonderful experience at the JW Marriott Spa in Chicago for my birthday and I especially want to recognize Marla for her exceptional service! She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I arrived. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for and her kindness truly made my birthday feel special.
